MICCS Certification

Freije Engineered Solutions Company is proud to be a (MICCS) Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety certified contractor. MICCS is a non-profit organization dedicated to achieving zero injury on construction and maintenance job sites. To become MICCS certified, a company’s safety performance must rank in the top 20 percent of construction and service companies in the nation. Annually MICCS reviews our statistics in their database and validates the information that was reported to OSHA.

An annual drug and alcohol test is mandatory to retain a MICCS card. An employee under the effects of drugs and/or alcohol poses a danger to others and creates an unsafe work place. The Freije Engineered Solutions policy adheres to the MICCS substance abuse guidelines. Freije has its own policy to ensure a drug and alcohol-free workplace, which protects our employees and our customers.

The MICCS certification exemplifies our commitment to construction and service safety, and more importantly to our employee’s safety. Freije Engineered Solutions Company attained this achievement by placing our safety commitment at a gold standard level. We will continue our efforts in obtaining zero injuries on work sites through training, education and a family oriented business.
