Meet the Owner
Michael P. Webster graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (1990) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Indiana Wesleyan University (2002) with an MBA. He has had a wide career in the specialty contracting & service industry. The career began as a consulting engineer specializing in HVAC & Plumbing design, then to the equipment sales side of the business working for York International’s Applied Systems Group as a sales engineer and then a district sales manager. Seeing the advantages of the “service” side of the business, Mike then became a district service manager for York International.
Soon it was time to use his MBA and engineering degree to own and run a business. A small $1.5 million company was then purchased (Enterprise Electronic & Mechanical Company) and it was quickly grown to $60 million in less than four years. Once again realizing the “service” business was more conducive for long term success, Mike decided to spin off the commodity construction business of Enterprise and re-brand the specialty engineering, service and installation departments to Freije Engineered Solutions Co.
Mike has always been involved in the construction community such as being president of Central Indiana ASHRAE (1998) and then being chairman of the Indiana State Board for the nearly 500 contractor strong Associated Builders and Contractors (2009).
