Jeff Nicholas has over 35 years of experience in the HVAC/Plumbing industry. He is known for his attention to detail. Jeff’s ability to clearly communicate the scope of a project is the best in class. Hundreds of projects in the country have Jeff’s fingerprints. Jeff manages the installation department at Freije.

Mark Montgomery, PE, LEED AP, HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer
Mark Montgomery is one of the first LEED AP’s to be the project administrator on and complete a version 3.0 LEED project. Mark has extensive design build experience from estimating to project management. His ability ranges from performing designs with a private development focus to designs for different branches of the US military to designs implemented to safeguard the productivity of a manufacturing process.

Mick Hoover, PE, Refrigeration Engineer
Mick is the consummate engineer that specializes in providing refrigeration and control solutions to the pharmaceutical and food & beverage markets. A Purdue graduate, Mick has engineered specialty chill rooms, to as low as -50C with many different refrigerants, including CO2. He is the best in class when there is a complex refrigeration or controls issue that needs a resolution.

Dick Freije, PE, Refrigeration Engineer
Dick has over 50 years in the Industrial Refrigeration Industry. There are few men that garner as much respect as Dick in the refrigeration side of the pharmaceutical and food & beverage industries. Dick has earned this respect by carrying himself with integrity. A man of few words, but immense knowledge. When re-branding our business, it was an easy decision to carry on the “Freije” name.
